The questions we get asked
What if the AI doesn’t know the answer?
She never bluffs. When she reaches her limit, she takes the name, the number and the issue, promises a callback, and texts you the summary. The customer feels heard, you stay informed, nobody rants into the void.
Won’t my customers hate talking to a robot?
What your customers hate is reaching voicemail. Or nothing at all. The assistant picks up on the first ring, speaks naturally, and solves most cases on the spot. Don’t take our word for it: the demo is one call away.
Do I need to install any hardware?
No. Nothing. No box, no SIM card, no technician who “will come by between 8 am and 6 pm”. A dedicated number to display — or call forwarding if you already have a line — active in five minutes, and we do it with you.
What happens to the number displayed in my storefront?
If it’s your personal mobile — the case for most owners — we give you a dedicated number to display instead, and your phone finally becomes private again. If the laundromat has its own line, you forward it to us and nothing changes. Either way, the hardest part of the setup is changing the sign.
What if a customer insists on talking to a human?
She doesn’t hold them hostage: she takes their name, number and issue, and texts you the summary. You call back whoever you want, whenever you want. Most customers, once helped, stop asking for one.
I run several laundromats?
Each site gets its own configuration — its prices, its machines, its hours — and every text tells you which laundromat is calling. Count €99/month per laundromat; above three, call us, let’s talk.
What if I want to stop?
One email, the forwarding is switched off, everything goes back to the way it was. No fees, no notice period, no retention call with hold music.
